Fast forward to 2017 and Sam answered the call from Australia’s eminent climate advocate Professor Tim Flannery (our guest on Episode 38 of the podcast): there was no time to waste in reducing carbon emissions and drawing down carbon from the atmosphere. Sam didn’t know how but he knew the answer was in seaweed and this was his next calling.
